I'm writing this new article after a change of phase in my life.I started working at a small start-up as IT-HR.I was very curious that how a fresher seeks a job and the companies find the right candidate.Who does all that analysis work ? Is there any algo behind a smart job board. We are not in 90s and shuffling through the CVs manually. So linkedin , monster.com,naukri.com how these things really work.
So i stumbled upon few start-ups that do such work. They're really good technological start-ups.

1. Poachable

Candidates remain anonymous to employers until both sides express interest in each other and can then communicate directly.
It is a Seattle based start-up founded in 2014 and gaining huge reputation. Already featured on Business Insider,The Wall Street Journal, Lifehacker,The Huffington Post etc.
Poachable has recent recruiters like ebay, amazon,Dropbox, facebook,Microsoft and many more. The video link below gives a glimpse about their working.

2. Poacht
Poacht imports employment information from a person’s LinkedIn profile, save for his or her name, photo and contact information. Poacht asks users how serious they are about switching jobs, whether and where they’re willing to move, and what salary they’re seeking, among other questions. The app notifies candidates when an employer’s interested in an interview. This NYC based start-up has been featured on Tech Crunch ,WSJ, the DailyMuse , mashable, product hunt and many more.It also keep your identity concealed unless the employer wants to bring in the candidate for the interview. A covert job search for the currently employed makes the whole process comfortable. Poacht is available for both android and ios users.
Poacht™ is an app/web SaaS platform that helps employers cherry-pick the best, most qualified "free-agent" candidates who are currently employed at other companies.
3. Switch
Switch is a mobile job marketplace that connects tech and media professionals directly with internal hiring managers and no need of intermediate agencies or headhunters. It
suggests jobs to users, who then swipe right if they’re interested and left if not. User profiles are anonymous—only when both parties express interest does the site reveal the user’s real name and contact information. Switch, launched last summer, says it avoids presenting candidates to hiring managers who work at the same company.
Launched in June, Switch is currently working with New York-based technology and digital media companies, such as Crowdtap, Taboola, Dropbox, Wikipedia, MadisonLogic, Dstillery, and SoundCloud, and plans to expand to Washington, DC and San Francisco next.
The app is totally free. If you’re in the market for a new opportunity (or team member), give it a try. Jobr is one such similar app with similar right left functionality.
